The Royal Order of the Painted Buffalo is at The ARTgarage in Green Bay

The Royal Order of the Painted Buffalo is a semi-dysfunctional group of UWGB alumni that gather a few times a year to paint and party like rock stars, trying to rekindle the old Studio Arts magic by gathering in a small, secluded studio on a large buffalo farm in the great North of Wisconsin. You will see a variety of work from the likes of Steve Wysocki, Joel Nimocks, Chris Garrity, Ryan Priebe and Matt Bellisle. The mediums and subject matters vary from classic oils and landscapes to acrylic abstracts and everything in between.

Reception: Thurs Sept 1st 6-9pm

Our facility

The ARTgarage is located in The Cannery on Olde Main, a 100-year-old former cannery factory with Cream City brick walls, high wooden ceilings, a cracked and stained cement floor… the perfect setting for this exciting arts venue. Studio A, formerly the cannery’s loading dock, contains the Front Gallery, side galleries, artist studios and gift shop. Studio B is a multipurpose space which is home to classes, workshops, performances, meetings and special events.
